India vs Bangladesh T20 World Cup 2022

India and Bangladesh are all set to take on each other in their next fixture of the T20 World Cup 2022 at Adelaide Oval on November 2 in the hope to cement their spot in the top two positions of the Super 12 Group 2 table.

India suffered a heavy 5-wicket loss in their recent fixture against South Africa which cost them a top spot and also put them under pressure to win the next game.

After defeating Pakistan in a famous last-ball thriller and Netherlands by 56 runs, India needed a win against Proteas to confirm their place in the semi-final round. But South African pacers used Perth’s condition well in their advantage to restrict India to just 133/9 and then dominated Indian bowlers to register a five-wicket win. India will now face Bangladesh and Zimbabwe in their last two fixtures with a little pressure on their batting unit.

Bangladesh also stays in the hunt for the top-two spot after their dramatic victory over Zimbabwe in the last game. They have currently occupied the third position with four points from the opening three games and will face India and Pakistan in their last two Super 12 fixtures.

Bangladesh has only registered one win in eleven T20Is against India and is unlikely to cause any upset on Wednesday.
